Shipping policy

Delivery is available to eligible addresses within our Brampton service area. Please contact the shop if you need to confirm whether we serve your address. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Same-day delivery and same-day pickup are temporarily unavailable online. Choose an available advance date in the cart. Ordinary Sundays are unavailable; approved holiday dates remain subject to shop availability.

We guarantee the confirmed delivery date, not a specific arrival time. If there is a delivery delay, we will contact you by phone. If nobody answers at delivery, we will leave the flowers in the safest available position; exceptional access or delivery problems are handled individually.

Orders are prepared only after full payment. The three-hour preparation period starts when full payment is received, not when an unpaid order is created.

For pickup, select the pickup option at checkout. Collect in store at B51, Bramalea City Centre, near the Dollarama entrance, and bring your confirmation email. Curbside pickup and online pickup-time requests are not available.

Ordinary parcel shipping is not offered. Special arrangements require prior agreement with the shop by phone.
