Ecuadorian long stem roses have the fullest rose heads in the world, which can measure up to 2 inches larger in diameter in comparison to roses from other countries.
Ecuador provides the best growing conditions, because of its location on the equator with 12 hours of daylight and consistent temperatures all year round. Thanks to the high elevations between 9,200 and 10,000 feet above sea level, and cooler temperatures, it slows down the development of the roses which allows more time for their stems to develop that gorgeous full rose head in one of over 500 different varieties of colours.
